After All

There really is nothing to it.  A story is told of the Buddha teaching.  It is said that when he concluded he held up a single flower indicating that what was at the root of his teaching was simple, more simple than the flower. We can worry, and study, but ultimately it is the simplification, the elimination of worry and study, being as a little child, that is the ultimate not-so-secret of life.
